We have cautiously developed a matchless teaching approach while defining our playschool programs, keeping in mind the different stages of child development.

HMS KID’s Playschool Program stages have been systematically crafted to ensure all round development of your child.

1. Play Group

This is a unique play group program for kids aged between 1.5 to 2.5 years.

Soon after stepping into this world, kids start to look over the world around them. At HMS KIDS, the play group program allows the kids to carry on their exploration.

The program focuses on physical, intellectual, social, emotional and behavioural development of the infants and toddlers.

2. Nursery

Nursery program is designed for the kids aged between 2.5 to 3.5 years. At this stage, we allow them to explore their feeling and thoughts.

We are very much concerned about fostering a love to play, explore and learn. We know very well that kids learn best with hands-on experiences, not memorization or drill practice. Hence, we implemented it successfully.

3. LKG (Lower Kindergarten)

This is a Lower Kindergarten program for kids aged between 3.5 to 4.5 years. As far as intellectual and social or behavioral development is concerned, by 3 years of age; a child is able to express feeling verbally, understands about the surroundings, takes interest in painting, cooperates other students in play etc.

So, at this stage, our curriculum includes academic skills like pre-reading, pre-numbers, puzzle solving, pattern writing, and thinking skills. Kids are also trained to improve social skills and etiquettes. Special attention is paid to health and hygiene.

4. UKG (Upper Kindergarten)

This is an Upper Kindergarten program for kids aged between 4.5 to 5.5 years. At this stage, subject-based learning is initiated for the kids.

They are taught to develop the understanding of language, mathematics and environmental skills through various activities. This is why, reading, writing and logical skills are enhanced keeping in mind their intellectual abilities. The fundamental aim of this program is to prepare the kids for the formal school culture.
